How Is My Score Put Together?


Personal Challenges.

Gain points by challenging yourself to take more steps or to cycle every day! The points depend on how high you set the bar and how close you get to your goal.

Programmes And Sessions.

You get points for every programme and every session you do. This includes all the activities related to your health goal, be it fitness, physiotherapy or wellbeing. 
Healthy eating


Get rewarded for having a balanced diet! Use the timer, cook delicious recipes, save favourites to your cookbook and eat healthy to score points.

General Activity.

This part of the score shows you how much you use HUMANOO. It also includes the things that help us get to know you and your preferences better. For example filling out your profile and setting your first health goal and programme.
