The use of HUMANOO is based on the processing of health-related personal data (health data) that you provide us with. This can include information about your health status and lifestyle.

In order to provide HUMANOO’s services, it is necessary for us to collect and process your information on health status and lifestyle. With this statement, we would like to obtain your consent to do so.

In addition, we would like to anonymize the data you provide to us in order to process it further. Anonymization is the alteration of personal data in such a way that individual details about personal or factual circumstances can no longer be attributed to a particular or identifiable natural person, or can only be attributed with a disproportionate amount of time, cost, and labor. This means that no conclusions can be drawn about your person from the anonymized data.

By confirming the declaration of consent, you consent to the following processing activities:

  • Processing of my health data that I disclose within my profile or when using HUMANOO or that are collected automatically when using it. The data is used exclusively to provide HUMANOO’s services.
  • Anonymization of my personal data so that they can be used for further purposes. It is no longer possible to draw conclusions about my person.

The legal basis is Art. 9 para. 2 letter a GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR. Your consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. In the event of revocation, we will immediately stop processing and using your health data and delete your data. Revoking consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent before the revocation.
