Technical Operations Manager (m/f)

As the Technical Operations Manager at HUMANOO you will act as the interface between different departments, partners and clients. You have a strong understanding about HUMANOO’s product portfolio and it’s individual business and user value in order to consult, monitor and troubleshoot based on live data.

What we are looking for:

  •  Strong technical affinity paired with account management and business skills
  • Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and analyzing log files
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both verbal and written
  • Strong project coordination and prioritization skills. Ability to act with efficiency and confidence when exposed to clients and stakeholder or time pressure
  • Analytical skills and experience in the improvement of systems and processes
  • Proactive, positive attitude and a collaborative approach to problem-solving Experience in incident and release management
  • Experience with mobile apps is a big advantage
  • University degree (Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics)
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience

Your Tasks:

  • Daily monitoring of core KPI’s and identify discrepancies and issues
  • Troubleshoot the technical issues
  • Provide actionable, data-driven insights to the Product & Account Management with our BI team together Closely collaborate with the engineering team to ensure operational issues are handled as incidents, factored into product development plans and help prioritize based on issue volume, impact, and other metrics
  • Build trust and handle communication with our clients by providing guidance, prioritization support requests and firmly setting expectations while maintaining a close and positive relationship Increase internal efficiency by developing internal documentation and conducting training related to the product with product management together
  • Coordinate release management with the product team together
